Customer Service Information



  • We process and post orders daily so that they arrive as soon as possible.
  • Orders placed after 12noon Central Time will be sent on the following business day. We use Australia Post for our deliveries.
  • By placing an order with Cinquante, you are responsible for original shipping charges, and all applicable costs of returning your purchase if it is not what you expected.
  • An email with shipment tracking details will be sent to your nominated email address once the order is dispatched. Cinquante will not cover the cost of lost or stolen orders once delivered.


  • We ship international orders with Australia Post at a flat rate of $30 aud.
  • Due to customs requirements, unfortunately we can only ship to limited countries.
  • Countries we ship to: Germany, Sweden, UK, Ireland, China, Japan, Italy, Spain, USA, Canada, Brazil, France, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore & South Africa.
  • We can not ship to PO Boxes internationally. Please provide us with a private or business street address.
  • Orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday. Once in transit we suggest you allow up to 5-10 business days for delivery depending on what country you are in.
  • Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on the package. Your order is shipped DDU – duties and taxes unpaid. VAT, taxes and/ or duties are not included in the shipping fee or the product price. Taxes and/ or duties are not within our control because they are levied by the law of the country your order is being shipped to.
  • Depending on delivery location customs fees and charges may be payable. This is a responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Cinquante. Any orders refused at delivery for this reason will incur the return shipping fee.


  • You have 14 days from the shipping date to return your purchase for a refund. If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind, Cinquante will gladly exchange or refund, provided that the item is in original condition, unworn and with original packaging. In the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or provide refunds for pierced earrings & packs containing earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality.
  • Please note that we can not guarantee any changes or cancellations of orders once processed.


  • Afterpay allows you to shop now and receive your order while paying for your purchase in 4 installments, fortnightly. There is no interest or added fees.
  •  Valid to Australian customers only.
  • To checkout with Afterpay please select this as your payment method and you will be redirected to Afterpay. Please keep the Cinquante window open.
  • Afterpay purchases are subject to standard Cinquante Shipping & Return policy.
  • Please note if you fail to make a payment you will be charged a late fee of $10, with $7 the following week if the payment has not been made.

Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards will be sent via Australia Post as per any other normal order placed online.
  • Valid for 12 months from issue date.
  • Gift cards are excluded from any online subscription and/or sale promotion.

Coupon Codes

  •  Coupon codes for newsletter sign up are valid on full price purchases over $79 on your first purchase only. Valid once per person & excludes gift cards.
  •  Discount codes may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
  • Discount codes are not valid on sale items unless otherwise stated.
  • Validating your subscription can take up to an hour. Please allow this time for your email confirmation to come through.
  • Coupons can not be applied to orders once processed. If you have any trouble applying a coupon code to your order please email us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to take you through the steps.

Stock Availability 

  • While Cinquante makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available may in fact be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
